On the day of your event, we handle the details so you can simply arrive and enjoy. Your food and beverage minimum is applied, and your final bill (catering + opened bottles + 20% gratuity) is settled before departure. Guests will be greeted in our Tasting Room and guided seamlessly into The Fox Den to celebrate.

How do I reserve The Fox Den?

Submit an inquiry with your preferred date. A venue fee starting at $500 is required to secure your date. Please note, the deposit is non-refundable within 30 days of your event.

What is the food & beverage minimum?

A $500 food and beverage minimum is required for all events. If your catering order does not meet this minimum, you may purchase Oakencroft wines to enjoy at your event or take home.

What menu is available?

Local culinary offerings are prepared by A Pimento, offering an à la carte menu inspired by the seasonal dishes in our Tasting Room. Outside food and alcohol are not permitted, with the exception of a celebration cake (guests must provide their own knife, candles, and lighter).

When is The Fox Den available?

The Fox Den is open for private events during Tasting Room hours (Thursday–Monday). Availability is subject to inquiry; please contact us to confirm your date.

Can I bring my own wine or alcohol?

No outside alcohol is permitted. All wine service is provided by Oakencroft, with bottles ranging $28–$38. Guests under 21 are not permitted to consume alcohol.
