Events in the Tasting Room

Our Tasting Room is available for the following events:

Holiday and cocktail parties
Small seated dinners
Social events
Corporate events
Presentations where food and beverages are served

Our Tasting Room can accommodate 45-50 guests for a seated dinner and up to 75 guests for a cocktail or standing event. During cooler seasons, guest count may need to be reduced.

Pricing starts at $2,500 but depends on hours needed, guest count, type of event, and day of week.

Frequently Asked Questions

We do NOT host weddings of any size.
Our Tasting Room comfortably fits up to 75 guests for a cocktail hour or standing event. Seated dinners max out around 40-45 guests.
Our Patio comfortably fits up to 65-70 guests and is heated with portable tower heaters in the shoulder months.
No amplified music is allowed on Oakencroft premises. No exceptions.
No outside food is allowed.
Our in-house catering partner will provide food for any events on Thursdays, Fridays, or Saturdays.
For events on other days of the week, you must work with an approved full-service caterer from our preferred vendors list.
All outside rentals and transportation must be serviced by a vendor on our preferred partners list.
Private Events that occur on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays may begin at 6:30 pm or later. If the set up is minimal, we may be able to accomodate a 6 pm start time.
We do offer a Semi-Private Package during normal business hours. Please inquire for more information.
